If the "Motion" options of the configuration are disabled, then select "RTC wake-up," otherwise "RTC+motion wake-up"
Stop: Available if using custom firmware application, allows for additional wake-up sources. Highest power consumption.
Hibernate: Available if using custom firmware application. Lowest power consumption. Application will have to restore state like local variables. This should be treated as a cold re-start.
